Announcement of New Section, ‘Accelerator and Beam Physics’
We are pleased to introduce a new section to the editorial board, ‘Accelerator and Beam Physics,’ with Professor Swapan Chattopadhyay (University of California, Berkeley, USA) as Managing Editor, alongside Professors Jie Gao (Chinese Academy of Sciences, China), Ralph Wolfgang Aßmann (GSI Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research, Germany) and Angeles Faus-Golfe (IJCLab, CNRS, France).
With the expertise of the new editors, we are confident that this section will succeed, featuring important research from scientists worldwide. We warmly welcome them and encourage the community to contribute, anticipating exciting developments in this field.
MPLA is honoured to feature works by distinguished physicists such as Edward Witten, Gérard ’t Hooft, Frank Wilczek, Cumrun Vafa, Alexander Polyakov, and Gabriele Veneziano, all of whom have made significant contributions to the field.
