AN INTEGRAL EQUATION AND ITS NUMERICAL TREATMENT FOR THE COMPUTATION OF THE MAGNETIC FIELD IN PRESENCE OF SUPERCONDUCTING SHIELDS

In this paper we propose a mathematical model for the electromagnetic behaviour of the shield of a new type of Cryogenic Current Comparator that leads to an integral equation for the induced current density. A numerical treatment for such an equation is presented and studied.
