The fundamental theorem of calculus states that if a function f is Riemann integrable on the interval I = [a; b] and g is a differentiable function on (a, b) such that dg/dx = f(x) for all x ∈ (a, b) and lim_x→a + g(x), lim_x→b − g(x) exist, then
