    Abstract:

    As we know, a good development planning plays special significance to promote the university further development. this paper presents the evaluation index system of development planning, according to the three stages of school development planning and evaluation of examples exist in the process, the content of the comments boundaries are not clearly established the relationship based on the three-stage fuzzy evaluation model, through an example to explain the application of assessment models
