A NEW AGAROSE GEL MODEL

A new agarose gel model is introduced, which corresponds to what we believe agarose gels look like microscopically. While the scientific literature is filled with studies of the microscopic structure of agarose, the fact remains that there is no unambiguous and exact model of its underlying structure. Given this, we are left to construct our own model numerically.
