Medical Fluorescence Imaging Processing System Based on 2CCD Camera

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the 2CCD camera AD-080CL of the JAI company was studied, design of visible light and near infrared image fusion algorithm for the fluorescence imaging system. And use MFC application architecture built the supporting software system in VS2010 environment. The system consists of the same optical path for visible light and near infrared image, ensure the two lines of the same vision, it's convenient to set up and adjust and more practical and low cost. Image processing better fusion results achieved the purpose of the display area of fluorescent tags in visible light image, and possesses the advantages of simple rapid and suitable for engineering development. Software has achieved the basic functions such as real-time display and save the video image.
