Finite Element Analysis on Structure and Temperature Field of New Precoating Heated Roller

In this paper, the structure of heated roller of precoating laminator is analyzed, and the heat transfer process of the heated roller is also studied. One-dimensional steady heat conduction analysis is conducted for the heated roller by applying ANSYS13.0 finite element software, to obtain the temperature field of the heated roller under given boundary conditions, and provide theoretical basis for further speed-up of precoating laminator.
