Si K-SHELL IONIZATION CROSS SECTIONS FOR 30–100 keV PROTONS

Proton induced K-shell ionization cross sections have been measured at 30 to 100 keV incident proton energies. The results are compared with the theories of PWBABC, CPSSR and ECPSSR. All the theories overestimate the data measured ever the energy range below 50 keV
