Complete expressions of the $\bar{s} b g$ $\bar{s} b g$ and $\bar{s} b γ$ $\bar{s} b γ$ vertices are derived in the framework of minimal supersymmetric extension of the standard model. With some assumptions on parameters of the model, a numerical analysis of the supersymmetric contributions to the branching ratio and CP-asymmetry of $\bar{B} \to X_{_{s}} γ$ $\bar{B} \to X_{_{s}} γ$ is presented.
