New gauge boson Z and the rare decay Hμ+μγ in the minimal U(1)LμLτ model

The rare decay Hμ+μγ is an interesting and characteristic process, which is starting to become experimentally accessible at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and the upcoming high-luminosity LHC. In this note, we consider the resonant contributions of the new gauge boson Z to the rare decay Hμ+μγ in the framework of the minimal U(1)LμLτ model. Its differential decay rate and decay width are calculated. Our numerical results show that the new gauge boson Z can generate smaller contributions to this decay process.
