Neutron–Carbon12 elastic scattering using Deng–Fan potential

    https://doi.org/10.1142/S0218301323500593Cited by:2 (Source: Crossref)

Elastic nucleon–nucleus scattering in all partial waves is studied using Deng–Fan model of nuclear interaction. Analytical expressions for regular solution, binding energy and normalization constant are expressed in their maximal reduced form. Exploiting the asymptotic behavior of the solution the scattering phase shifts are computed for the neutron–Carbon system and are found to be in order with previous calculations.
