LS-CATEGORIES FOR FOLIATED MANIFOLDS

The purpose of this paper is to introduce some foliated generalizations of category, in the sense of Lusternik and Schnirelmann. We generalize the classical LS-theory to foliations and prove a generalization of the Lusternik and Schnirelmann's main result for compact-Hausdorff foliations.
