Search for Direct CP Violation in Baryonic b-Hadron Decays

We first review direct CP violation in the three-body baryonic B decays of with M_P = π, K and M_V = ρ, K^*. We then present our recent results of the direct CP violating asymmetries in the two-body Λ_b decays of Λ_b → pM_i as well as the three-body Λ_b → J/Ψ_pM_P. In particular, we emphasize that the large direct CP violating asymmetries in and are both around 20%, which are accessible to the b-hadron experiments.
