DETERMINISM IN A WORLD OF NON-INVERTIBLE TRANFORMATIONS
Determinism was formulated as a philosophical doctrine by the ancient greeks. Later it found support in physics. Recently ”deterministic chaos” became the catchword of a vigorous interdisciplinary school of scientists who study non-linear dynamics.
