    Abstract:

To control thermal deformation of precision machine tool structure, a supply power capacity design method of Active Heat Exchanger (AHE) is provided in this paper. The supply power capacity can be adjusted through changing the inlet temperature and flow rate of coolant, some simulations have been completed, including the inlet temperature, flow rate of coolant and layout of the coolant channels. The simulating results illustrate that this method can be used to control and improve the thermal deformation of precision machine structure.
