For Bi-based cuprate superconductors, increasing its Cu content by heat-treatment is probably a beneficial way to its superconducting transition. In the paper, the corresponding methods and procedures of the experiment were proposed, and the theoretical analysis and explanation of the experimental results were conducted. The method of increasing Cu content by heat-treatment is innovative.
