This paper firstly presented a physical model, which is designed to study on the phase change of liquefied carbon dioxide in an adiabatic capillary tube. The study mainly gained corresponding temperature at a certain point of adiabatic capillary tubes, which external diameters were kinds of 3.0mm & 1.7mm, lengths were kinds of 4.0m & 3.3m, Based on the results, the author deduced the process of phase change and gas-liquid mixture of CO2 in an adiabatic capillary tube. And also the author researched into the mass flow characteristic of liquefied CO2 in adiabatic capillary tubes.
