SPATIAL STRUCTURE OF AN INDIVIDUAL DEEP ACCEPTOR IN A CUBIC CRYSTAL

Abstract
The wave-function of a hole localized on a deep acceptor is considered. The cubic symmetry of the crystal has been taken into account. The obtained pictures qualitatively agree with the STM image of Mn in GaAs.
