    Abstract:

    The symmetry between hadrons and leptons is a striking feature of electroweak physics as well as of the qualitative features of quark and lepton masses. It is still unclear whether there exists a fundamental way of expressing this symmetry and its breaking. Neutrino masses now being explored by solar neutrino experiments may provide an important clue.
