In this paper, the theory of axial vibration of coupling and declutching friction pairs at high line speed was studied. At first, the vibration analysis model of friction pairs that were coupling was built, and its thermal distortion was analyzed at high line speed. The second, for solving interaction theory of thermal distortion, micro-bulges model of two interaction friction surfaces was built by ways of micro-interaction dynamics. And then, by using mathematic statistics and normalization methods, equations of macro-normal contact forces were obtained, and the characteristics of vibration were simulated. At last, the vibration and temperature experiments were tested, and the result of simulation was validated by contrasting with testing. The results are shown that the max error of absolute value is less than 11.9%, and the precision of simulation model is conformable to desire.
