I present a testable relationship between brain dynamics and conscious experience. The focus is on how transmembrane ion currents can become associated with distinct electron de-localizations and excitations within ion channel proteins. Conditional on a micro-psychistic premise, stating that if experience emerges from a particular physical process then this process must build on physical properties that are experiential themselves, specific electronic ion-filter states, amplified into the macroscopic domain of neural masses, can become causally related to conscious perceptive states (cPSs).
