In March of 2014, Chinese Excellent Discus Athlete WuJian won the championship of China's Track and Field Program for Throwing Open (Chengdu scene). He always plays the role of the leader in the domestic competition. However, there was still a large gap between his result and the world record. In order to improve his throwing techniques and enrich technological theories, we used two JVC9800 high-speed cameras to take up WuJian's Discus throwing action in game site. We also made three-dimension analysis by using SignalTEC – 3D three-dimensional video analysis software on the throwing skill and got the kinematics parameter to compare with the foreign elite athletes. The results show that his shoulder and hip flexibility is good, left alone while supporting a rotating stage with rather long flight phase speed. Finally, the initial velocity of the shot hard stage Pianman Wu Jian, shot slightly smaller height.
