Preview AbstractWe have constructed a vertical beam line for in situ liquid analysis. Details of this beam line, the analytical results of milk and tea, and the detection limits of this beam line for 8-MeV He+ ion beam are described.
VERTICAL BEAM IN-AIR PIXE SYSTEM AT CYRIC
Preview AbstractNewly installed vertical-beam in-air PIXE system at CYRIC (Cyclotron and Radioisotope Center, Tohoku University) and some results of experiments performed for a year were described. Three different types of samples: thick metal plate samples, living root-tips of a plant and solutions have been measured successfully in the system.
