Recent advances in the study of microstates for $\frac{1}{16}$-BPS black holes have inspired renewed interest in the analysis of heavy operators. For these operators, traditional techniques that work effectively in the planar limit are no longer applicable. Methods that are sensitive to finite N effects are required. In particular, trace relations that connect different multi-trace operators must be carefully considered. A powerful approach to tackling this challenge, which utilizes the representation theory of the symmetric group, is provided by restricted Schur polynomials. In this paper, we develop these methods with the goal of providing the background needed for their application to $\frac{1}{16}$-BPS black holes.

Hefei Advanced Light Facility (HALF) will use a 499.8MHz superconducting cavity to provide energy for the beam in the storage ring. The fundamental power coupler (FPC) needs to feed 140kW RF power into the superconducting cavity. In order to meet the requirements of the HALF project, a 499.8MHz FPC prototype was developed at the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (NSRL). This paper presents the design of the FPC prototype. The fabrication process of the FPC prototype will also be described. The cold test of the FPC prototype room-temperature test stand was carried out. The results show that the cold test performance of the FPC prototype meets the requirements and it can be tested with high power. The high power test of the FPC prototype will be carried out in the future.

The Supersymmetry Genomics project aims to classify supermultiplets by properties like adinkras and holoraumy. The project’s protocol is: (1) set up the SUSY transformation rules (and action) with unknown numerical coefficients, (2) solve those coefficients and (3) compute desired properties, e.g. non-closure geometry (the non-closure functions in the anticommutator of supercovariant derivatives) and holoraumy (the commutator of supercovariant derivatives). This paper provides the first broadly applicable computer algorithms for completing these computations, comprising a new Cadabra module we call “SusyPy”. We provide a significant extension of the available tensor arithmetic/canonicalization to include spinor-indexed expressions and NW–SE convention, and we provide a new Fierz expansion algorithm for spinor-indexed expressions. On top of this new tensor–spinor symbolic algebra, we have built algorithms for solving for the coefficients of a multiplet and its action, and for computing holoraumy, for both off-shell and on-shell $\mathcal{𝒩}=1$ multiplets of any dimension. We apply our tools to assimilate linearized 11D, $\mathcal{𝒩}=1$ supergravity into the Genomics project. We demonstrate solving the 11D, $\mathcal{𝒩}=1$ multiplet, as in Cremmer, Julia and Scherk, in a few lines of code, and we provide a comprehensive picture of the multiplet’s non-closure geometry. Further, we provide the first-ever computation of the holoraumy of 11D, $\mathcal{𝒩}=1$ supergravity.

This work is devoted to the study of charmonium S-states by solving the Schrödinger equation with Cornell plus spin–spin interaction term via the artificial neural network (ANN) approach. From the solutions provided by ANN approach, we propose possible assignments for some of the recently discovered charmonium-like resonances. For simplicity purpose, we restricted the study to the ground and radially excited S-states of charmonium. The charmonium wave function is represented by the feed forward ANN and its inputs are assimilated to coordinate values. We calculated the masses, hyperfine splittings, spin-averaged mass spectrum and Regge trajectories of pseudoscalar and vector charmonium states. Overall, our results are in good accordance with the available experimental data and past studies of the mass spectrum of $J^{\mathrm{\text{PC}}}=1^{--}$ and $J^{\mathrm{\text{PC}}}=0^{-+}$ charmonium states. Further, we propose a possible assignment for some of the recently discovered charmonium-like mesons. We concluded that ${\eta }_c(3S)$, ${\eta }_c(4S)$, $\psi (4S)$, ${\eta }_c(5S)$ and $\psi (6S)$ are, respectively, good candidates of $X(3940)$, $X(4160)$, $Y(4260)$, $\psi (4415)$ and $Y(4660)$ charmonium-like resonances.

Following the path integral approach and within in the context of nonrelativistic Snyder–de Sitter algebra, we formulate the Green function for Dirac oscillator particle in ($1+1$) space-time dimension. Using the momentum space representation $|p,p_0〉$, we determine the energy eigenvalues and the eigenfunctions, where the wave functions can be given in terms of Gegenbauer polynomials. In addition, the high-temperature thermodynamic properties of the relativistic harmonic oscillators are analyzed, which we found that the heat capacity is not equal two times greater than the heat capacity of the one-dimensional harmonic oscillator for higher temperatures in SdS model. The special cases are found and discussed.

Although with great successes in explaining phenomena and natural behavior involving the Universe or a part thereof, the General Theory of Relativity is far from a complete theory. Focusing on its extension within the framework of scalar tensor theory, we investigate the transformation of the Einstein–Hilbert action under the general disformal transformation coupled with a set of triple KG constraints. The idea is that the general disformal transformation leads to an extremely complicated action necessitating a set of constraints to tame the resulting form. Motivated by previous studies on the invertibility and invariance of the massless Klein–Gordon equation under the general disformal transformation, we identify three constraints that significantly simplifies the transformed Einstein–Hilbert action. In four spacetime dimonsions, we find that the transformed action is a sum of the original action and a disformal contribution involving a six-term Lagrangian that includes the Ricci tensor coupled to a sum of derivatives of scalar fields and kinetic terms. In three spacetime dimensions, the disformal contribution becomes a five-term Lagrangian. Last, in two spacetime dimensions, the Einstein–Hilbert action is invariant under the constrained disformal transformation.

In this paper, we consider the processes of single top-quark production in association with dark matter particles through the t-channel in simplified models with scalar and pseudoscalar mediators. Within the framework of these models, we analyze the angular correlations that arise in the top quark production process in association with dark matter, comparing them with the production of a top quark in the Standard Model. We consider angular correlations of kinematic variables, which define admissible regions in momentum space and can be used experimentally to distinguish between the fraction of the total momentum carried away by the scalar or pseudoscalar mediator. We demonstrate that scalar mediator significantly changes the rest frame of the well-known angular correlation observable and changes the distributions. In this case, this variable provides clear separation between the SM and DM contribution and can be used to increase the sensitivity of future DM analyses.

The gravitational deflection angle of light is crucial in various areas like astrophysics, cosmology and astronomy since it serves as a major tool for testing general relativity and its modification of gravitational theory. This paper studied the problem of the gravitational deflection angle of light for Bardeen type black holes and rotating Bardeen type black holes generated by Einstein gravitational field equations coupled with nonlinear electrodynamics. Through the theoretical analysis of the gravitational deflection angle of light for Bardeen type black holes and rotating Bardeen type black holes with geodesic analysis method, we come up with the corresponding expressions of it. Subsequently, we use mathematical tools to calculate its value. The results show that the gravitational deflection angle of light for Bardeen type black holes is smaller than that of classical Einstein in all circumstances, while the rotating Bardeen type black holes hold a smaller gravitational deflection angle of light than that of the rotating Kerr black holes. In particular, the existence of magnetic charge g and the rotation parameter a in nonlinear electrodynamics could reduce the gravitational deflection angle of light.

This study examines the holographic representation of the quantum theory of transmission lines, which play a crucial role in quantum computing and quantum information. By utilizing Yurke and Denker’s quantum circuit network theory within the framework of continuous Multi-scale Entanglement Renormalization Ansatz (cMERA) in AdS space, we analyze the quantization and interactions of transmission lines. The metric is revealed to be described by the inductance of the quantum circuit, which is AdS space in its 0-limit. These results provide new insights into handling and controlling complex phenomena in quantum circuits, potentially advancing the understanding of quantum computing and quantum communication.

Doubly Special Relativity (DSR) is a promising candidate for understanding quantum gravity, by introducing two fundamental invariant scales — the speed of light and the Planck energy. Recently, another such theory has been proposed by Magueijo and Smolin (MS), and it can be extended to the whole class of DSRs. These models have structural similarity with different realizations of $\kappa$-Poincaré algebras. Given the significant implications of this theory, we explore the three-dimensional Duffin–Kemmer–Petiau (DKP) oscillator within this framework. By using the vector spherical harmonics technique in the momentum space, the three-dimensional DKP oscillator equation for spins 1 and 0 is reformulated from the viewpoint of the generalized algebra of the MS model. In order to recognize the influence of this reformulation, the energy eigenvalues contain an additional correction which depends on the deformation parameter, and eigenfunctions are determined in terms of the associated Laguerre polynomials.

In this paper, we find an exact black hole solution for the Einstein gravity in the presence of Ayón–Beato–García nonlinear electrodynamics and a cloud of strings. The resulting black hole solution is singular, and the solution becomes nonsingular when gravity is coupled with Ayón–Beato–García nonlinear electrodynamics only. This solution interpolates between Ayón–Beato–García black hole, Letelier black hole and Schwarzschild black hole in the absence of cloud of strings parameter, magnetic monopole charge and both of them, respectively. We also discuss the thermal properties of this black hole and find that the solution follows the modified first law of black hole thermodynamics. Furthermore, we estimate the solution’s black hole shadow and quasinormal modes.

Recent results from the DANSS experiment on the searches for sterile neutrinos are presented. They are based on approximately 5.5 million inverse beta decay events collected at 10.9, 11.9 and 12.9m from the reactor core of the 3.1 GW Kalinin Nuclear Power Plant in Russia. We do not see any statistically significant sign for the ${\bar{\nu }}_e$ oscillations. The exclusion area in the sterile neutrino oscillation parameters $\mathrm{\Delta }{m}_{41}^2$, ${sin}^{2}2{\theta }_{ee}$ goes up to ${sin}^{2}2{\theta }_{ee}<0.005$ in the most sensitive region in the reactor model independent study. A comparison of the absolute neutrino event rate and reactor models predictions allowed to exclude practically the whole sterile neutrino parameter space preferred by the BEST experiment as well as the best fit point of the Neutrino-4 experiment. Studies of the positron energy spectrum in the antineutrino inverse beta decay reaction and its dependence on the fuel composition are also presented. The ratio of the cross sections for ${}^{235}$U and ${}^{239}$Pu was measured. Reactor power was measured remotely using antineutrinos with $1.3\%$ accuracy in 3 days during 6.5 years.

In this study, we analyze the strong decays of singly charmed baryons into another singly charmed baryon and a light pseudo scalar meson by means of Heavy Hadron Chiral Perturbation Theory (HHChPT) which combines heavy quark symmetry with chiral symmetry. HHChPT worked excellently for describing the strong decays of $1S$-wave charmed baryons. The strong decay widths of well-established singly charmed baryons are well reproduced. Further, the strong decay width of $1P$ states is calculated in this approach by using the calculated masses in the Relativistic Flux Tube (RFT) model. By analyzing the mass spectra from the RFT model with strong decays in HHChPT, we investigate the spin-parity assignments. We identify ${\mathrm{\Sigma }}_c(2800)$ and ${\mathrm{\Xi }}_c(2939)$ as $1P$-wave states having $J^P={\frac{3}{2}}^{-}$.
