Trial Terms and Conditions
- Access is authenticated by IP address.
- Access cannot be granted by user name and password.
- Trial institution must agree that during the trial, WSPC may notify end users within the institution that a trial is being conducted.
- The trial institution and its end users shall not use any robots, spiders, crawlers or automated downloading programs or devices to continuously and automatically search, index or retrieve any content accessed online during this agreement.
- The trial institution and its end users is/are not allowed to archive and/or redistribute any of the content covered in this trial.
- The trial institution and its end users will not modify, adapt, transform, translate or create any derivative work based on any material accessed or downloaded from Worldscientific.com in a manner that would infringe the copyright or other proprietary rights therein.
- The trial is offered for evaluation purposes only.
- During the trial, the trial institution and its users may view e-books or/and journal content but is not allowed to print or store the content.
- The trial institution and its users shall not distribute any content, whether in whole or in part.
- The trial institution can terminate their participation in the trial at any time by notifying WSPC in writing, including by email.
- WSPC shall be entitled to withdraw the offer of this trial at any time before the date on which the trial institution register for the trial or withdraw the access rights at any time, if the trial institution and/or its users are in breach of these Trial Terms and Conditions.
- Upon completion of the trial (including any extension) or on termination of the agreement between the trial institution and WSPC, the trial institution and its users shall immediately cease access to trial content and will erase, delete or otherwise destroy all downloaded content obtained from the trial.
