ABAQUS was used to simulate the laminated Cu cladding Fe sheet during cold rolling, combining theoretical calculations, and the orthogonal test method was adopted. Meanwhiles, the rolling stress was taken as a consideration index to investigate the cold rolling processing rate, rolling speed, friction factor (upper roller), and friction factor (lower roller) 4, the best process parameters of layered metal copper/steel cold-rolled composite are selected. The results show that the cold-rolling processing rate is 52%, the rolling speed is 75 m/min, and the roller friction factor is 0.2 is the best process parameter. At this time, the rolling stress is small, and the bonding quality is the best. Cu cladding Fe sheet of the above-mentioned production process was taken into annealing experiments, SEM and an energy spectrometer were applied to photograph the surface morphology and the element distribution. The interface thickness was calculated by the diffusion distance of Fe and Cu elements, and the interface morphology and mechanical properties were combined for judgment. The results show that the annealing temperature is $700^{\circ }$C and the bonding condition is the best under the condition of 4h heat preservation.

Enlightened by the Caputo type of fractional derivative, this research paper is the analysis of a mathematical model of generalized thermoelastic diffusion with memory-dependent derivative (MDD) for an isotropic infinite medium with a cylindrical cavity in the context of dual-phase lag model. The surface of the cavity is traction free and subjected to harmonically heat sources with constant angular frequency of thermal vibration. Laplace transform technique has been used to solve the problem. Later eigenvalue approach is used to obtain the analytical expressions for different physical fields in the transformed domain. Finally to obtain the solutions in the real-time domain, the Riemann-sum approximation method is used. According to the graphical representations corresponding to the numerical results, the effect of heat source speed on temperature, displacement, stress, mass concentration and chemical potential are studied. The effect of memory-dependent parameters, as well as in the absence of MDD on physical quantities are also demonstrated.

In this paper, a five-variable displacement field is developed within the framework of the higher-order shear deformation theory (HSDT) for the examination of the free vibrations and the buckling loads of simply supported laminated plate resting on an elastic foundation. The theory is applicable to frame-up with thick and thin plates. Hamilton’s principle is employed to obtain the governing differential equations (GDEs), which are discretized via multiquadric radial basis function (MQRBF). The present study highlights the influence of the elastic foundation and different types of transverse loading, as well as the effects of the span to thickness, aspect ratio, orthotropy ratio, and number of layers, on the results. The paper targets inclining reliable benchmarks for the most recent advancements of the topic to be utilized as references in future validation tests.

Numerical calculations were made for the multiscale hydrodynamic inclined fixed pad thrust slider bearing where the nanoscale non-continuum adsorbed layer flow and the intermediate continuum fluid flow simultaneously occur. They were compared with the results calculated from the analytically derived pressure formulas in the earlier study for the same bearing, which are essentially approximate. It was found that when the surface separation on the exit of the bearing is no less than 13nm, the analytically derived pressure formulas are valid for the studied multiscale hydrodynamic bearing for the weak, medium and strong fluid-bearing surface interactions; otherwise, the numerical approach is mandatory for calculating the hydrodynamic pressures in the bearing.
