We discuss a generalization of the minimal supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model in the form of three additional singlet superfields, which would explain the essential features of the CDF multi-muon events presented recently: a large production cross section of ~ 100 pb originates from the production of a CP-odd scalar A with a mass in the 70–80 GeV range and a large value of tan β ~ 40. The CP-odd scalar A decays dominantly into CP-odd and CP-even scalars a₁ and h₁, which generate decay cascades h₁ → 2h₂ → 4a₂ → 8τ, and a₁ → h₁ a₂ with h₁ decaying as above. The decay a₂ → τ⁺τ^- is slow, leading to a lifetime of . The phenomenology of the model differs from similar scenarios presented before in that one of the two cascades leads to 10 instead of 8 τ-leptons, and additional production processes like associate A production with pairs are relevant.

The relativistic model of the ground state and excited heavy tetraquarks with hidden bottom is formulated within the diquark–antidiquark picture. The diquark structure is taken into account by calculating the diquark–gluon vertex in terms of the diquark wave functions. Predictions for the masses of bottom counterparts to the charm tetraquark candidates are given.

In the framework of the debate on high-frequency gravitational waves (GWs), after a review of GWs in standard General Relativity, which is due for completness, the possibility of merging such a traditional analysis with the hyperspace formalism that has been recently introduced in some papers in the literature, with the goal of a better understanding of manifolds dimensionality also in a cosmological framework, is discussed. Using the concept of refractive index in the hyperspace, spherical solutions are given and the propagation of GWs in a region of the hyperspace with a unitary refractive index is also discussed. Propagation phenomena associated to the higher dimensionality are proposed, possibly including nonlinear effects. Further and accurate studies in this direction are needed.

The neutral member of a Majorana fermion triplet (Σ⁺, Σ⁰, Σ^-) is proposed as a candidate for the dark matter of the Universe. It may also serve as the seesaw anchor for obtaining a radiative neutrino mass.

In this paper we introduce a new formalism to analyze Fock space structure of noncommutative phase space (NCPS). Based on this new formalism, we derive deformed boson commutation relations and study corresponding deformed Fock space, especially its vacuum structure, which leads to get a form of the vacuum projection operator. As an example of applications of such an operator, we define two-mode coherent state in the NCPS and show its completeness relation.

The gravitomagnetic field is the force exerted by a moving body on the basis of the intriguing interplay between geometry and dynamics which is the analog to the magnetic field of a moving charged body in electromagnetism. The existence of such a field has been demonstrated based on special relativity approach and also by special relativity plus the gravitational time dilation for two different cases, a moving infinite line and a uniformly moving point mass, respectively. We treat these two approaches when the applied cases are switched while appropriate key points are employed. Thus, we demonstrate that the strength of the resulted gravitomagnetic field in the latter approach is twice the former. Then, we also discuss the full linearized general relativity and show that it should give the same strength for gravitomagnetic field as the latter approach. Hence, through an exact analogy with the electrodynamic equations, we present an argument in order to indicate the best definition amongst those considered in this issue in the literature. Finally, we investigate the gravitomagnetic effects and consequences of different definitions on the geodesic equation including the second order approximation terms.

We introduce a new n-mode Bose operator realization of SU(2) Lie algebra and link it to the two mutually conjugate multipartite entangled state representations. In so doing we are naturally lead to the n-mode entangle fractional Fourier transform (EFFT), which provides us with a convenient way to deriving the EFFT of quantum-mechanical wave functions.

We study Hawking radiation of fermions from a (4+n)-dimensional rotating black hole on the brane in terms of the fermions tunneling formalism, proposed by Kerner and Mann recently. To choose the Gamma matrices properly and avoid the ergosphere dragging effect, we perform it in the dragging coordinate frame. We obtain the tunneling rate and emission temperature of fermions which are consistent with the case of scalar particles as expected.
