Han Tianheng (韩天衡), literary names of Doulu (豆庐), Jinmozhe (近墨者) and Weixian (味闲), other signature Bailezhai (百乐斋), Weixian Caotang (味闲草堂), Sanbai Furongzhai (三百芙蓉斋). He was borne in Shanghai in 1940 and is a native of Suzhou, Jiangsu.
Han Tianheng's works have received many awards such as Shanghai Literature and Art Award and Shanghai Artists Honorary Award. In 2010 he was ranked as one of the "Top 10 Chinese Calligraphers of 2009" by professional media; and in the survey conducted by 571 professional organizations both at home and abroad at the 35th anniversary of the magazine Shu Pu She (《书谱社》, Calligraphy Studies), he was appraised as "the most respected seal engraver" and "the most outstanding seal engraver over the last 35 years". In 2014 he won the first place in Lantin Art Award, the highest award given to Chinese calligraphers. In 2016 he was appointed as the representative inheritor of Shanghai intangible cultural heritage project "Shanghai calligraphy". He has published over 130 books such as Lidai Yinxue Lunwenxuan (《历代印学论文选》, Selected Essays on Seal Studies), Zhongguo Yinxue Nianbiao (《中国印学年表》, The Chronology of Chinese Seal Studies), Zhongguo Zhuanke Dacidian (《中国篆刻大辞典》, Chinese Seal Dictionary, chief editor), Han Tianheng Zhuanke Jingxuan (《韩天衡篆刻精选》, Selected Seal Engraving Works of Han Tianheng), Tianheng Yinhua (《天衡印话》, Tianheng on Seal Art), Zhongguo Xiandai Huihua Dashi·Han Tianheng (《中国现代绘画大师 韩天衡》, Modern Chinese Master Painters·Han Tianheng), etc.

Zhang Weiyu (张炜羽), literary name Hongyi (鸿一), other signature Yinglu (郢庐). He was born in Shanghai in 1964.
Zhang Weiyu's seal engraving works won the first prize in three consecutive Shanghai Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Exhibitions from 2001 to 2005 and have got selected in dozens of large-scale national exhibitions organized by Chinese Calligraphers Association, Xiling Seal Art Society and Chinese Seal Engraving Art Academy. His research papers on seal engraving have been selected and awarded in over ten International Conferences of Seal Studies and "Gushan Zhengyin" International Seal Studies Summit hosted by Xiling Seal Art Society. He has published Chanyu Wuyong Mingju Yinhen (《禅语物咏名句印痕》, Seal Engravings of Zen Sayings and Object-chanting Verses) and Dangdai Zhuanke Jiujia·Zhang Weiyu (《当代篆刻九家 张炜羽》, Nine Contemporary Seal Engraving Masters·Zhang Weiyu). He has compiled Haishang Yintan Bainian·Jinxiandai Haishang Zhuanke Mingjia Yinxuan (《海上印坛百年 近现代海上篆刻名家印选》, Century-old Shanghai Seal Engraving Circle·Selected Seal Works by Modern and Contemporary Shanghai Seal Engravers) and Haishang Zhuankejia Daibiao Xilie Zuopinji·Fang Jiekan Juan (《海上篆刻家代表系列作品集·方介堪卷》, A Collection of Representative Works by Shanghai Seal Engravers·Fang Jiekan).
