    Abstract:

Major landslides occur worldwide in large areas every year, thereby damaging human life and property and thus affecting national welfare/well-being. Landslide is one of the most costly catastrophic events in terms of human lives and infrastructure damage. Therefore, designing and implementing an early warning monitoring system for landslide becomes a significant issue. This paper is essentially focused on the design of a warning monitoring system. The outcome of the design leads to a model for monitoring the state of the earth’s soil and controlling landslide processes.
