ELECTRON SPIN ECHO IN SIBERIA

In 1961 a unique laboratory was brought by V.V. Voevodsky from the Semenov Institute in Moscow to Siberia to the Institute of Chemical Kinetics and Combustion. In this laboratory physical chemists (researchers) were mixed with engineers, specialists in electronics, and theoretical physicists.
