Chapter 6: Social Management

Three decades after the reform policies were introduced, China’s modernization has reached a new historical turning point. During this period, the discrepancies in development between the social and economic sectors sparked off many issues, including conflicts of interest and social anomie. Therefore, the urgent and major task of social construction is to strengthen and make innovations in social management.
