Research on Process Cooling Water Online Monitoring of Glycol Concentration

Firstly, this paper analyze the concentration range of glycol which cooling water needed. Draw the glycol concentration should be controlled at least 11%, about 15% is most appropriate, the survey found that the concentration of glycol decline is uncontrollable. It is necessary to obtain concentration values in real time, more convenient for timely processing. Based on the above analysis, design and build the glycol concentration online monitoring system, and to verify the reliability of the entire system and found that the entire system is stable and reliable, eliminating the risk of equipment down which because of cooling water ice blocking.
