Check standard uncertainty impact on capability indices of higher generation in measurement process

The expression of measurement quality is generally solved by measurement uncertainties. In addition to uncertainties, capability indexes are increasingly used to measure measurement quality, especially in industrial measurements. Although the first generation capability indices are predominantly used for measurement processes, second and third generation indices can also be used. The problem of measuring processes might be the uncertainty of so-called check standard on which the measurements in the capability assessment are being executed. The present paper addresses the issue of the influence of the uncertainty of the check standard on the capability indices.
