This paper according to the characteristics of distribution network, based on the current moment of secondary distribution network model, the use of the secondary current moment come up with a balanced perspective of the new distribution network reconstruction. This method does not consider the network topology constraints, are not affected by the initial structure of the network, determine a disconnect switch can be computed once the trend, which can effectively improve the solution speed.
