Interdisciplinary Journal of Sustainable Oceans and Coasts (IJSOC) is a fully Open Access (OA) journal. Every article published will be distributed in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license or any Creative Commons License that the author has chosen, thus ensuring the copyright of each article being vested in the author.Please see the page World Scientific Open to learn more about World Scientific's policy on Open Access.
Choosing to publish the articles on an OA basis allows authors to retain the copyright to the article and have their final version of their papers published with immediate and unrestricted access to the final published version of the paper. It also allows immediate deposit of the final published version in other repositories without restriction on re-use.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
An article processing charge (APC) of US$2,000 applies to all articles published in Interdisciplinary Journal of Sustainable Oceans and Coasts. The APC covers the costs of peer review, copyediting, typesetting, archiving and journal management services. The Editor-in-Chief may consider waiving APC to suitable authors.
The modes of payment accepted are: Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, and Cheque. Detailed instructions on how to make payment on the APC will be sent to the corresponding author after an Open Access Licence to Publish is submitted to the Editorial Office.
