In recent years, the rapid development of network technology has prompted the change of the catering industry. The catering talents include waiters and chefs at all levels, whose skills training and learning methods are different. As the application of technology services expands into the catering service industry, it is becoming more and more important for the consumer dining experience and the restaurant service efficiency. The introduction of mobile technology management and service design concepts in the catering education and attached internship restaurants will change the teaching mode of the traditional catering learning and the internship restaurant.
Service experience and mobile technology are key to service innovation of catering education and catering learning. Which are not only drive the development of service management of catering education. To integrate service experience and technology management into the field of the attached internship restaurant. The attached internship restaurant education has been established one after another, and different restaurant service processes and practical teaching are provided in the simulation restaurant teaching. The focus on traditional catering service process and service quality teaching and training is lack of human-computer interaction learning mode. In most of the attached internship restaurants, the service quality is poor, the service efficiency is low, the customer satisfaction is poor. Lack of in-depth planning of service flow, service experience mode learning method has become the subject of improvement at present.
The action research method was used in the study on the basis of integrating the mobile technology and service experience into the catering education design model. The field survey method was adopted to actually interview the California Culinary Academy faculty at the site of the internship restaurant. Then, the expert conference method was used to modify the mobile technology and service experience design one by one, and verify the feasibility of integrating the mobile technology and service experience into the catering education model.
