The distributed simulation system interoperation can be divided into six levels. Interactive data encryption can be completed in each level, lead to six encryption strategies: data field encryption, data package encryption, program module encryption, simulation application encryption, simulation node encryption, and simulation system encryption. There are four basic Encryption/decryption realization modes: serial modes with software or hardware realization, parallel modes based on embedded processor or FPGA/ASIC system. Large and Complex distributed simulation system may employ one or several encryption strategies and realization modes.

From the strategic perspective, the Indian Ocean has been increasingly important to China’s foreign trade and energy security. China has been faced with a deepening dilemma in the Malacca Strait for years, in large part due to the strategic pressure from the United States and India. Under its new initiative to construct the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road,” China needs to develop a long-term, security-oriented Indian Ocean strategy based on a comprehensive analysis of all the favorable and adverse conditions. Its strategic goals should include building an Indian Ocean fleet, expanding its base networks, and sharing power peacefully with the United States and India, so as to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests in the region.

This paper mainly introduces the function, disadvantages and optimization of the intrusion detection system (IDS). Facing the problem of the security of IDS itself, we use Java-based security mechanism, and real-coded genetic algorithm to optimize its design.

With the continuous development of smart grid technology, the smart grid is moving toward the direction of ubiquitous integration, thus the heterogeneous network elements have different security access techniques. The core of the smart grid information Safe interactive Strategy switch lies in network terminal information awareness, the underlying data of the cooperation decision support. This paper proposes a novel security cooperation framework based on network collaborative, to design a security policy switch decision method. The vertical cooperation security management module can effectively reduce the time delay and energy consumption of information gathering phase of the framework, providing powerful data support for the switching decision method.

The attack-defense graph is a model-based network vulnerability analysis technique. Utilizing the characteristics of State Grid, this paper extends the attack-defense graph model and proposes a state attack-defense graph model. The state attack-defense graph use rules to model the attacker, and display all threat propagation paths which are generated by the attacker exploiting the dependence relations among vulnerabilities in the target network. In conjunction with prevention and control measures for vulnerability, the corresponding protection solution is proposed. In order to automatically generate the state attack-defense graph according to the network’s topology information, reachable relationship of nodes and vulnerability information, a generating algorithm of the state attack-defense graph is proposed.
