Submission Guidelines

  1. All submission to IJRQSE are handled electronically. Manuscripts must be submitted online via Editorial Manager (EM), a fully web-based submission, peer-review, and tracking system. Upon submission, authors should specify to which section the paper belongs to.
  2. If you are submitting via this new EM system for the first time, you will first be required to register: https://www.editorialmanager.com/ijrqse/default.aspx. From the account you create, you will be able to monitor your submission and make subsequent submissions.
  3. The front page of the manuscript should indicate the title of the paper, an abstract (no more than 150 words) and a list of keywords (no more than six). IJRQSE adopts double-blind peer review. Please ensure that any information that could reveal your identity, such as your name(s), affiliation(s), email address(es), is removed from your manuscript before you upload it to the submission site. Your paper will not be sent out for review if the above formatting requirement is not complied with.
  4. Authors may recommend four persons as reviewers for their manuscripts when they submit the manuscripts.
  5. Submission of a manuscript shows a clear understanding that the manuscript is NOT under consideration for publication with other journals or publications.
  6. Depending on the nature and content of the manuscript, either the Editor-in-Chief will send the manuscript to an appropriate member of the Editorial Board (the handling editor) who will then send the manuscript to at least two competent reviewers, or the Editor-in-Chief will engage two competent reviewers who might or might not be from the Editorial Board to review the manuscript. Based on the recommendations by the reviewers and/or handling editors, the Editor-in-Chief will make the final decision on acceptance, rejection, and revision of the manuscript.
  7. Once a paper is accepted, the author is to prepare a camera-ready manuscript according to the instructions provided by World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte Ltd. Author biographies for the About the Author(s) section are to be submitted by email to IJRQSE@wspc.com (an example may be viewed here). The desk editor of World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte Ltd will work with the author for proofreading before publication.
  8. There will be no page charge for the journal.
  9. A pdf version of each published article/paper will be provided to the first-named author/corresponding author free-of-charge in lieu of the offprints. Purchase orders for offprints can be made during submission of manuscripts.

Special Issues
Suggestions for special issues are welcome. To propose a special issue, a two-page proposal should be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief, containing the following information: title; purpose; scope; a list of potential contributors; time-table (submission and review deadlines, intended publication date); and guest editor's address, phone, fax, and e-mail address. Once approved, the guest editor will be fully responsible for the special issue and should follow the normal review procedure of this journal.
