Call for Papers
Special Issue on Fluorescent Probes for Optical Imaging and Biosensing
Fluorescent probes are extensively used in optical microscopy, flow cytometry, and versatile bioassays. The emerging optical techniques in biomedicine pose new challenges and opportunities for further developments of fluorophores for high-resolution imaging and high-sensitivity assays.
This special issue will highlight the recent work and advances in the field of fluorescent probes for various imaging and biosensing techniques, which include fluorescence microscopy, super-resolution imaging, NIR-II deep-tissue imaging, and fluorescence sensing and analysis. Original research papers and review articles are both welcome. Manuscripts will be internationally peer-reviewed. Topics we specifically seek to cover include but are not limited to the following:
- Fluorescent probes for super-resolution imaging
- Fluorescent probes for NIR-II deep tissue imaging
- Fluorescent probes for cellular sensing and bioassays
