Aims & Scope

The World Scientific Annual Review of Cancer Immunology (WSARCI) is a unique journal that serves as a forum for clinicians and scientists to publish their work across the field of immuno-oncology. WSARCI aims to serve the community by publishing basic, translational, and clinical research that progresses the field of cancer immunology.

Cancer care and research in Asia faces unique challenges in contrast to other global regions, in various perspectives such as disease subtypes (Asian cancers), access to technologies, and socio-economic issues. The differences are magnified in the new era of immunotherapy and cell therapy, as well as by the emergence of new technologies in diagnostics and research. Furthermore, it is also widely reported that cancers in Asia harbor unique biology; molecularly and immunologically.

While we welcome submissions from researchers worldwide, the journal also seeks to highlight research from South-East Asia and the wider APAC region. WSARCI aims to promote and encourage reporting of cancer care and research in the region, bringing global attention to some of the following topics.

Topics covered include, but are not limited to:

  • Immuno-oncology
  • Cancer immunology
  • Immunopathology
  • Immunoinformatic
  • Immune microenvironment
  • Cancer cell therapy
  • Cancer vaccines
  • Cancer immunometabolism
  • Spatial technologies in cancer
  • Artificial intelligence in the above relevant fields
  • Economics research in the above relevant fields
  • Regional overview in the above relevant fields
