Koh Koon Teck is Associate Professor in the Academic Group of Physical Education & Sports Science at National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. He has conducted numerous workshops and coaching courses to build the capacity of physical educators, basketball coaches, co-curriculum activities teachers and athletes. Dr Koh is a coach educator for Sport Singapore and FIBA. He holds key appointments at the international and local levels such as Executive Board Member (FIBA Asia Representative 2014–2019), World Association for Basketball Coaches; Technical Commision (FIBA); Development Committee (FIBA Asia); Executive Board Member, Asia Association of Coaching Science; President, Singapore Physical Education Association; and Honorary Secretary, Basketball Association of Singapore.

John Wang started his career as a PE teacher and Basketball coach in a secondary school. He is now a Professor in the Physical Education and Sports Science Academic Group at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Dr Wang is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of British Psychological Society. He leads the Motivation in Educational Research Lab (MERL) in NIE.
