It would be remiss of me not to acknowledge the extra hurdles that women leaders have and continue to endure. The representation of women at the most senior levels of government, organisations and boards is still disappointingly low and progress is slow. We must do better and proactively create the equity necessary to ensure everyone thrives…

Throughout your life and career, you are going to read, learn, experience and receive a lot of advice. Some learnings will be incidental, others will be hugely impactful. Some will be irrelevant and if you are lucky, some will be life-changing. You will have many opportunities to observe successful people and for many of them, you will admire and wonder what the secret to their success is…
