Laboratory experiments were conducted to determine the effect of foaming agent (egg white (EW)), foam stabilizer (carboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC)) and whipping time on drying rate and quality of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentus) paste dried under air oven, microwave oven and mechanical dryer. A 43 factorial experiment in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) was used to study the effect of four levels each of foaming agent (5%, 10%, 15% and 20%EW), foam stabilizer (0.15%, 0.30%, 0.45% and 0.60%CMC) and whipping time (3, 5, 7 and 9min) on the drying rate and the quality of foam-mat dried tomato powder in the three drying equipment. Each trial was performed in triplicates making a total number of 576 samples that were individually tested and measured. 25g sample of the paste was dried to a moisture content of 7.60% (wb) for 8h in mechanical dryer and oven dryer at temperatures of 55∘C and 50∘C, respectively, and 10min in microwave oven at 540W. Data obtained from the experiments were statistically analyzed using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) while the Duncan’s Multiple Range Test was used to compare the means. Results showed that the drying rate increased with increase in foaming agent, foam stabilizer and whipping with minimum values of 9.21g/h obtained in mechanical dryer, 9.31g/h in air oven and 8.05g/h in microwave oven. Increase in foaming agent, foam stabilizer and whipping time did not cause any adverse effect on vitamin C, ash, protein, fat, carbohydrate, crude fiber contents of the samples. Samples reached a stable moisture content of 7.60% (wb) in less than 8h in mechanical dryer and air and less than 10min in microwave oven. The results of the study showed that EW, CMC and whipping time influenced the drying rate and quality of foam-mat dried tomato powder.
This paper summarizes the personal protection and psychological health treatment measures for medical staff in response to various infectious diseases at home and abroad in recent years, and finds out the deficiencies of physical and psychological protection measures for medical staff, thus providing corresponding measures for further improving physical and mental protection for medical staff thus providing corresponding measures for further improving physical and psychological protection for medical staff so as to provide reference for medical staff to effectively cope with Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Civilian and military equipments are used at various places all over the world which requires that the design of the equipment needs to withstand different climatic zones. High and low temperatures can be tested in hot cabinet and freezers. Humidity cycles can be tested in environmental chambers. The microbiological resistance of equipment needs a more advanced procedure. Red dot sights for civilian and military use were inoculated with a mixture of fungi. The test procedure is based on a Military Standard. The functionality and the condition of the sights were checked before and after the test. Five species of fungus Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus versicolor, Pencillium funiculosum, and Chaetomium globosum were pre-cultured. A mixed spore suspension with a total concentration of 1·106 spores/ml was blended in equal parts. The sights were sprayed with the mixed spore suspension and incubated at 30 °C, relative humidity 95 %, for 30 days in an environmental cabinet. The viability of the mixed spore suspension was checked. The sights passed the functionality test after the fungus test period.
The project management maturity model for military equipment medium-maintenance is built and applied to the evaluation of equipment maintenance organizational maturity grade, which help to provide improved process and enhance the managing competence of military equipment organization. This paper defines the knowledge scopes of military equipment maintenance project management, analyzes the four management courses of medium-maintenance, and the maturity grade and evaluation index system is also set up, based on which the project management maturity model for military equipment medium-maintenance is found. This paper also probes into the application of project management maturity model for military equipment medium-maintenance grounded on fuzzy integrated evaluation. The research indicates that the project management maturity model for military equipment medium-maintenance is the effective tool for competence improvement, and provide guidance for the military equipment maintenance construction.
Based on the formal definition of Hierarchical Time Colored Petri Nets, and combined with engineering experience, modeling steps in maintenance process modeling is summarized. On the platform of CPN-Tools, the maintenance process model based on HTCPN is established for the equipment maintenance resource configuration. The quantitative conclusion of equipment maintenance effect and resource utilization under different resource configuration conditions is given through the simulation analysis. It can provide reference for the design of equipment maintenance program, and it provides a basis for maintenance resource configuration.
