Three-dimensional numerical analysis on gas-solid two phase flows in flow channel of throwing snow head was simulated by CFD (computer fluid dynamics). Through the analysis of internal flow dynamics of flow process, the actual parameters of gas-solid two-phase flow is identified preliminary. According to the simulation results, the parameters of the structure are optimized. And then, the mechanism of snow throwing is further understood. Under the precondition of ensuring the snow throwing head work normally, ensuring thrown snow has relatively standardized shape when it is thrown, reducing power consumption and improving polishing efficiency of snow, flow structure of was optimized.
