Cloud computing’s simulation and modeling capabilities are crucial for big data analysis in smart grid power; they are the key to finding practical insights, making the grid resilient, and improving energy management. Due to issues with data scalability and real-time analytics, advanced methods are required to extract useful information from the massive, ever-changing datasets produced by smart grids. This research proposed a Dynamic Resource Cloud-based Processing Analytics (DRC-PA), which integrates cloud-based processing and analytics with dynamic resource allocation algorithms. Computational resources must be able to adjust the changing grid circumstances, and DRC-PA ensures that big data analysis can scale as well. The DRC-PA method has several potential uses, including power grid optimization, anomaly detection, demand response, and predictive maintenance. Hence the proposed technique enables smart grids to proactively adjust to changing conditions, boosting resilience and sustainability in the energy ecosystem. A thorough simulation analysis is carried out using realistic circumstances within smart grids to confirm the usefulness of the DRC-PA approach. The methodology is described in the intangible, showing how DRC-PA is more efficient than traditional methods because it is more accurate, scalable, and responsive in real-time. In addition to resolving existing issues, the suggested method changes the face of contemporary energy systems by paving the way for innovations in grid optimization, decision assistance, and energy management.

Proanthocyanidins (PAs) are a group of polyphenols enriched in plant and human food. In recent decades, epidemiological studies have upheld the direct relationship between PA consumption and health benefits; therefore, studies on PAs have become a research hotspot. Although the oral bioavailability of PAs is quite low, pharmacokinetics data revealed that some small molecules and colonic microbial metabolites of PAs could be absorbed and exert their health beneficial effects. The pharmacological effects of PAs mainly include anti-oxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammation, antimicrobial, cardiovascular protection, neuroprotection, and metabolism-regulation behaviors. Moreover, current toxicological studies show that PAs have no observable toxicity to humans. This review summarizes the resources, extraction, structures, pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, and toxicology of PAs and discusses the limitations of current studies. Areas for further research are also proposed.

In this paper, we propose a resource/performance tradeoff algorithm for task scheduling of parallel reconfigurable architectures. First, it uses unlimited resources to generate an optimal scheduling algorithm. Then, a relaxation algorithm is applied to satisfy the number of resources under increasing minimum performance. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed algorithm, we not only compare the existing methods with standard benchmarks but also implement on physical systems. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithms satisfy the requirements of the systems with limited resources.

A dynamic model for a single-species fishery, which depends partially on a logistically growing resource with functional response, is proposed using taxation as control instrument to protect fish population from overexploitation. The analysis of the model shows that both the equilibrium density of fish population as well as the maximum sustainable yield increase as resource biomass density increases. The optimal harvesting policy is also discussed with the help of Pontryagin's Maximum Principle. It is found that for the optimum equilibrium value of resource biomass density, the total user's cost of harvest per unit effort must be equal to the discounted value of future price at the steady state.

In this paper, a nonlinear mathematical model to study the effect of environmental pollution on resource biomass and human populations is proposed and analyzed. In modeling the system, it is considered that there is a limited budget to be spent on environmental cleanup and health policies. An optimal investment policy is also discussed using Pontryagin's Maximum Principle.

A changing industry structure in the media and ICT industries requires not only new collaborative organizational forms but also new resources and capabilities to manage the new business. The objective of this paper is to create and test a framework for assessing the robustness of the firm's business model enabled by its resources in future scenarios. We have used a media delivery service as a case service platform. The framework includes building industry scenarios, defining the market environments in the different scenarios, business concept and resource mapping and connecting the business concepts and resources to the scenarios.

This paper discusses organisational innovation among state, private, foreign and joint-stock enterprises with focus on leadership and resource which are expected as key factors to innovation. Data drawn from a survey with more than 600 respondents in most industrialised regions in Vietnam is analysed. The finding shows that higher educational level of respondents in state enterprises has negative relationship with all kinds of innovation. State enterprises absorb large amount of funding from government budget but still need more financial resource to generate innovation. However, private and foreign companies do not require more financial capital but they need human capital that is leaders owning transformational characteristics, motivation and ability of building organisational culture to generate organisational innovation. This current research proposes that authorities in these enterprises are suggested to use financial capital in appropriate time only otherwise they should use other tool to do innovation in their organisations.

This paper deals with a predator-prey model having ratio-dependent functional response with an additional predator resource. By means of a transformation of variables, we transform the model into a dynamical system in such a way that there is a one-to-one correspondence between the positive values of the original model and positive values of the transformed model, so that the results which are true for the transformed model are also valid for the original model. Mathematical analyses of the model equations with regard to the nature of equilibria, boundedness of solutions, and persistence are carried out. We obtain conditions which influence the boundedness and persistence of all the populations. From numerical calculations, we show that in the absence of any resource, the predator population density decreases and is less than the prey population density, but in the presence of a resource, the predator population density becomes enhanced and dominates the prey population density.

This paper deals with a ratio-dependent predator-prey model where the prey population is stage-structured consisting of immature and mature stages and the predator population is influenced by the resource biomass. Dynamical behaviors such as positivity, boundedness, stability, bifurcation and persistence of the model are studied analytically using theory of differential equations. Computer simulations are carried out to substantiate the analytical findings. It is noted that the influence of the resource biomass on the predator population may lead to the extinction of prey population at a lesser value of maturity time in comparison to the absence of the resource biomass.

In this chapter, the authors have envisaged the various dynamic competencies that are instrumental and probable rationales for SMEs’ sustainable growth. Innovative entrepreneurship is portrayed as an integration of opportunity optimisation and advantage optimisation. This in turn offers unique start-up concepts. The authors have built upon the resource perspective of the enterprise. This chapter specifically conceptualised the elaboration of the dynamic competencies instrumental in the innovation and growth perspectives of the enterprise. On the basis of an extensive literature review in a relevant field, four dynamic competencies, viz., innovative resource recognition, resource acquisition, networking capabilities and path aligning, have been dissected as part of an innovative approach that is critical for SMEs’ sustainable growth. From an SME standpoint, these dynamic competencies are observed to be constructive innovative strategies. A thematic analysis approach was employed to provide insights into the probable dynamic competencies of the SMEs.
