Preview Abstract
We extend top-on-top model to even-A nuclei, where two particles in different single-particle orbitals (tops) correlate with the triaxial rotor (top). We apply the model to describe the energy levels and transition rates for the triaxial, strongly deformed (TSD) bands in odd-odd nucleus ¹⁶⁴Lu.
