    Design of an ARM & ZigBee Based Intelligent System for Hospital Lab Sheet Drawing

    A kind of intelligent system is proposed aiming at the safety issue of hospital lab sheet drawing. The main controller is designed on the basis of the S3C6410 embedded controller with AMR11 kernel and in combination with bar code identification technology, and WinCE6.0 OS is customized on the S3C6410 embedded controller. In order to effective manage the bar code data, the SQlite embedded database is transplanted on the WinCE6.0 and a dialog box based sheet drawing program is developed. The ZigBee network is designed with the CC2530 wireless SCM as core. And the secondary development is performed on the basis of TI Company's ZStack protocol stack, with which the control program for box opening motor is designed. By testing, the mean packet loss ratio of the ZigBee network is 0.34%. In order to further ensure the reliability, the respond-type sending mode is adopted. In this mode, the ZigBee network's success rate of sending 10,000 commands is 100% and the effective control distance of the ZigBee network is up to 25m, so this system fully meets the practical using requirements.

    Design of a zigbee based real-time motor dynamic parameter monitoring system

    The dynamic parameter of motor is an important basis for evaluating the quality of motor as well as a precondition for diagnosing its faults. The real-time motor dynamic parameter monitoring system presented in this paper is aiming at improving the flexibility of motor dynamic parameter acquisition and the convenience and reliability of data storage. The hardware is designed with CC2530 as the core integrating sensor signal acquiring circuits, an embedded controller, Flash storage and a LCD display, etc. In software design, Software realized ZStack protocol stack based wireless communication program, self customized embedded WinCE OS, transplanted embedded SQlite database on WinCE and realized data reading and writing operations. The test result shows that the mean packet drop ratio of the ZigBee network is 0.375%, the maximum deviation of temperature measuring is 0.7°C, the maximum deviation of vibration measuring is 0.9mm/s, the maximum deviation of current measuring is 0.8A, the maximum deviation of rotated speed measuring is 12r/Min.
